Functional Training

Our functional training area is equipped with suspension trainers, battle ropes, slam balls, jump boxes, prowlers, tyres and more.

Our strength and conditioning area has squat racks, leg press/hack squat combo, a landminer and a trap bar.

Free Weights Area

We have multiple weight benches, dumbbells from 1-50kg and kettlebells between 2-40kg.

Step One

Strip bars when you’re done. Bars that don’t get stripped after sets will bend over time!

Every dumbbell has a home, don't use several sets at once and put them back when finished.

Don’t rest dumbbells on upholstery this will damage the cushions over time, use a jump platform instead.

Gym Facilities

We have a fully equipped weights area that's full of top of the range equipment that will assist your physical development. There is everything including 2 x cable machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, 5 x squat racks amongst others.

If you are looking to develop your athletic potential this is a key area for you. Our 15m astro grass area allows you to work on your speed, agility and footwork, develop power using our prowlers or work the body as one on every exercise when using 1 of our 8 suspension trainers. We also have a punch/kick bag, hurdles, plyometric boxes, slams ball and more.

Our studio is where the majority of our classes will be held including kettlebells, spin, abs and others. The studio is a clean, modern, fully lit area with a sprung wooden floor. As well as class the studio area is perfect for those looking for a more private 1 on 1 or group personal training sessions.

We have a separate physio suite where you can receive treatment for any injuries or treat yourself to Swedish or sports massage therapy by one of our fully qualified therapists.

After a hard work out we have the perfect chill out zone upstairs for you to relax in while you refuel and recovery from your workout. There is a shop that's sells protein shakes and refreshments, a 7 seat sofa, TV and DVD station facility and also a free tea and coffee station.
