OUR SPORT IS HYROX

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations. Accommodating both everyday fitness enthusiasts and professional athletes looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.

If you haven't heard already, HYROX is a fitness competition taking the world of fitness by storm.  Although it's a mass event, it gives the everyday gym-goer their own race to train for and Bene-FIT is now here to help.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout stations, repeated eight times.

What's Included -

Performance Analysis.

After a Hyrox event, you will receive a full breakdown of your race day performance showing your 1km run splits and each of the 8 exercise times.  We will analyise this information and use it to plan your next training block, helping take your potential to another level.  If you are new to Hyrox, we have specific fitness tests to help us identify your fitness strengths and weaknesses to help set you on the path for success.

Training Programme

Unlock your potential with our tailored program designed to supercharge your Hyrox performance! Our membership includes: specialised running programs, upper lower body strength routines, and mini Hyrox workouts to enhance every element of your fitness journey. Join us today and take your athleticism to the next level!

In House Coaching

Join us each week for our in-house Hyrox coaching session.  Our expert coaches will delve into different Hyrox exercises and training elements. We leave no stone unturned in our quest to elevate your performance; covering everything from exercise technique drills to exercise selection, top speed improvement, and running endurance. These group sessions are designed for those seeking that ultimate 1% gain and provide the perfect opportunity to ask our instructors any Hyrox-related questions.
